I believe that integrity means respecting the difference betweek a quick fit and the right fit. (Ethical Realty 101!)

Even when vacancies abound, I want to be sure that you’re buying into the neighborhood that offers you the best fit for your lifestyle. I’d much rather meet you in the aisles of Provigo in a few years and there have you regale me with stories about your awesome neighbors, than meet you waiting in line at the Royal Bank , where you lament the path not taken.

In other words, I look forward to helping you making the right choices the first time.

Selling

It’s rare that people want a quick sale above all else. In fact, a quick sale is not always the best sale. (Ethical Realty 101!)

While some realtors may view a quick sale as a quick profit, I think that approach is shortsighted.

I’d prefer that my clients opt for the best sale price, even if it means waiting a bit longer.
